After updating Ex2016 to CU20 + additional latest security fixes from last week, I'm not able to get ARM connected to Exchange anymore,
LanguageMode has been changed to FullLanguage.
Access rights for the service account as stated in the manual.

+ SQL thing:
After Updating the SQL-Server, the databse didn't start anymore. I had to remove the certificate thumbnail in the registry to get it startet without encryption. Not sure if this has to do with any Exchange connecions.
Any ideas where to look at? It is just Exchange. Anything else is working fine.
