Just installed the ARM eval, but can't login.

Did you go through the Configuration Wizard?

The first account you input is the user that installed ARM, the 2nd can be the same account or a service account set up for ARM.

You can also try logging into the ARM Configuration application, and set the Basic Configuration there.

That's where I'm stuck.

Same result trying to login to ARM Configuration.

change the port to 55580 and it should work. The documentation needs to be updated to add information about the port.

The main port for ARM is 55555, but 55580 is used for the ARM Configuration Wizard only.

That was the original port.  So I changed it back, and the server says connected now, but I still have this issue.

Is the computer just a workgroup computer?

The ARM server needs to be connected to a domain in order to function properly.

Also if you are using a service account, ensure the account is listed in the local admin group on the ARM server as the account, not just a member of a group (i.e. domain admins).

We're not a new customer.  Just evaluating ARM for it's file share permissions feature, mostly.

Do I need to send in a Tech Support ticket? or just fill out the Contact Us form?

Either way will work. If you have access to the Customer Portal you'll get through the support system faster. If you give me the case number you are assigned, I can pick up the case directly.
