We create Active Directory Users via a different Tool and only use ARMA for Auditing and Alerting purposes.
We want to Generate an Alert when a new User is created and run a powershell script which checks if all the needed AD Attibutes were set, etc.
Is it possible to set an Alert in ARM when a new User is created and run actions on that?

When setting up a new alert I only have the option between Group Membership Changed, Account Locked and Password Reset.
Where can I set an alert when a new use is created?
Keep in mind we want to trigger it no matter if it has been created in or outside of ARM.
