Feature Requests - are they recognised by Solarwinds?

Hello there,
just checked the feature request and I was very supprised that only 4(!) have been implemented. Nothing on any other status. Are the feature requests recognised by Solarwinds and will the development team in India ever improve ARM with new features or are they just maintaining the product?
