scan archive path not saved

Hello everybody, I want to change the scan archive path to an UNC path. Unfortunately the path is not saved. The configuration always falls back to the default path. Does anybody have in idea or solution for this? I have already open a case but the support engineer does not understand my concern.

    Hello Marcus,

    Does your ARM service account have full access to the UNC path? 

    Once you input the path, ARM should start moving the scan archive files to the new location.

    You could also test to be sure the UNC path is available from your ARM server by connecting to it via the Windows File Explorer.

    You should ask for your case to be advanced, and our support team will pick it up. I'll make a note on the case.
