FS Logga Missing Collector

Hello,
I am trying to add a FS Logga configuration, but I cant choose the Fileserver. The reason is that I cant choose my collector.
When I add Fileservers normal, I can choose my collector.
ARM Version 2023.2.0.73
User credentials are correct.
Any suggestions what could be the error?
