Cron Type Frequency Scheduling for Transaction Playback

To help balance loads and prevent floods / bottlenecks, it would be nice if when we specify 5 or 10 minute playback for a transaction, that we could then specify a "minute in window", such as:

  • 5 minute playback frequency would offer five playback start options
    • a. :00, :05, :10, :15...
    • b. :01, :06, :11, :16...
    • c. :02, :07, :12, :17...
    • d. :03, :08, :13, :18...
    • e. :04, :09, :14; :19...
  • 10 minute playback frequency would offer ten playback start options:
    • a. :00, :10, :20...
    • b. :01, :11, :21...
    • c. :02, :12, :22...
    • ...
    • i. :08, :18, :28...
    • j. :09, :19, :29...

This way we can assign transactions to start at staggered times (at least targets), in an effort to spread out the load.  Of course, any existing bottlenecks or resource loads would delay the next playback still, this would just be a target to help spread things out.
