Open ticket from Mobile App

Today the iPhone app only allows you to modify existing tickets, and in a very clunky manner.  Often technicians are onsite to work on one problem and get stopped for multiple other things and they should be able to use their iPhone to open these tickets as well.

  • I completely agree.  We are going to be going live with our WHD implementation in a  few weeks, and have just now gotten to look into the WHD mobile client.  Its clunky for the techs, and the inability to create new tickets is not so great.  I would also like to go a little beyond that, and say that there should be a change that would allow users/clients to use the application to open, review tickets that they have opened, without using the full web site, as they currently do.  No update on the app in almost 2.5 years, I think that it is ready for one.
