With the release 12.7.12, after trying the @mention feature on Ticket Notes and although the concept is great it would be better if these can be included within the Technician Interface of the person who was in the mention (My Tickets or Group Tickets or even a separate column like My Approvals) also as an extra column like the Flag column in Ticket List. It is all well and good pushing out @mention E-Mails but if a Tech uses the UI & Dashboards (saved search has criteria for @mentions) exclusively it might be missed - Techs are used to living in such interfaces like Teams now and reply less on E-Mail although they will be aware of what you can display in Outlook / G-Mail for such things my columns.
