Per support case 00856489. It seems if using network discoveries and have different pollers configured. It can duplicate the polling IP address, which is creating problems.
We have been able to run the SQL query to locate and manually clean these up however, it would be beneficial for SW's developers to come up with a way to prevent this.
The SW's support engineer has also submitted a RFE to his development team, so opening this RFE, so other customers can vote it up.
