Custom field layout

Could there be a way to change the layout of the customs fields so that some of them could appear above the request details box. we have some drop down custom fields and we would like to move them above the request details box so that all the drop down boxes appear at the top. This would make the layout look more structured.

I would like to be able to customize the layout of my WHD forms. Just because I created custom field #150 (for example), doesn't mean I want it at the bottom of my form.

I have found that certain types of custom fields to not align the fields nicely everything is squished together, therefore would like to see them spaced out. as they are hard to read
