Could there be a way to change the layout of the customs fields so that some of them could appear above the request details box. we have some drop down custom fields and we would like to move them above the request details box so that all the drop down boxes appear at the top. This would make the layout look more structured.

In addition it would be nice to have the ability to customize the ticket creation window more by adding things like horizontal ines, line breaks and such, as well as do thinkgs like change font properties…
Or better yet, integrate the custom fields with the built-in fields to support process flow. Don't segregate the Custom fields in their own separate pane.
I have found that certain types of custom fields to not align the fields nicely everything is squished together, therefore would like to see them spaced out. as they are hard to read
