View All Tickets

I have just been asked by our VP if there is a way to view ALL tickets contained with in the Web Help Desk system. The only solution I can seem to find is to go to search, leave all fields as they are, and then selecting search again. Is there another way or is this it? 

  • The default display of Tickets will depend on the setting for "Include in My/Group Tickets Filter" within each Status Type. As you normally would not want to see all Closed, Cancelled, Approval Rejected/Completed Tickets, as search would be the best way to get a full list.
