Hi my fellow THWACK members,

Hope you are all fine,

I'm currently trying to upgrade my WHD from 12.7.4 to 12.7.7; I download the installer from the customer portal. Unfortunately when I run the installer as admin, I'm getting the error message "The installer cannot be run on this system". Can anyone encounter this before or am I doing the upgrade the wrong way. I join the screenshot below

I am using windows server 2019 standard edition. This server host as well Solarwind platform which is working properly.

Are you running as Local Admin Windows account of the Server?

Thanks for your interest in my issue.

To answer your question, YES I am running the setup as admin, matter of fact I logged into the server with the ADMINISTRATOR account, so I have full privileges.
