I am trying out the self service Forgot Password feature but it is not working. From a Client account, I can click on the Forgot Password link, insert the email address and click submit. WHD prompts with a "If your email address is recognized by the system, you will receive a confirmation message shortly." The Client never receives the email to reset the password. The email is typed in correctly. Copied and pasted from the Client Account information.
However, I can sign in as a Tech and send the Client a reset link from the WHD and the email is received in less than 1 minute. Not having the self service password reset option is not a deal breaker but it is very convenient. Any ideas?
