Plain Text formatting for Ticket Descriptions

Is there a way to format the description field for tickets to only use plain text?

If a user puts in a ticket to request a specific URL blocked, the ticket does not display the URL but instead imbeds the link. For example a youtube video URL will show the thumbnail of the video rather than the URL that was copied into the ticket.

Depends on what release of WHD you are using as they have changed this recently.

Is the User entering the URL in the Ticket Description via E-Mail or the Client UI and are they supplying a URL Description?

A tech created the ticket for the client and entered the URL in the ticket description via the web client.

One of the URL that was entered: www.youtube.com/watch

This is what ours looks like. Optimally we would like it to not imbed the video so we can just see the URL for whatever the request is.

I am not aware that you can currently prevent this, it would be a case of the Tech appending the Ticket Note Request Description to actually put the YouTube link within a link via the "Link" button.
