Ticket status no longer available in bulk action

Hi - We've just upgraded to version 12.7.9, and a couple of statuses that were available to select in a ticket bulk action are no longer there.

They are the 'Needs Approval Status Type', and the 'Approved Status type' in our change process.

I used to be able to toggle these manually outside of the approvals process using the ticket bulk actions, but they're not there since the upgrade.  Has anyone else had this issue?
