How can I force a client password reset?

We use LDAP to maintain our Client list but some users are using "clients" that are actually group service accounts. I think these were setup historically to allow groups of people access to the same tickets and these users are logging in with UserID and Password instead of just the single-sign-on pass thru.

As individuals leave their employment and leave the group, is there a way to force a Client Password reset?
