I'm not sure if I'm missing something really obvious here, but I can't find a way to restrict ticket closures to certain techs or group leaders.
For example, I only want the Tech Group Leader (or the lead engineer if that's easier), to be able to close Incident tickets. All other techs shouldn't have the 'closed' option available to them for Incident request types. The 'Closed' option should however be available for other request types.
I tried looking at it within action rules, to try and put something in place such as: If the tech who closed the ticket doesn't equal Tech XXXX, then change status to 'Awaiting Closure check' and email TECH XXXX to make them aware, but can't find an option to select the tech who closed the ticket in any of the criteria.
