Forum Anyone know how to close your Web Help Desk account?

I am trying to close down our account and discontinue using Web Help Desk. Most of our users do not utilize this, including our actual helpdesk person. We have decided that it is prudent for us to discontinue this service.

Are you taking about the account on the Customer Portal? If so contact them, details on the SW Support site although you might need to be an existing register contact to do this or fill in a Form signed by a known contact.
