Similar to this referenced case, i'm having the same problem with the FAQs on WHD:

As a client or admin account , i can see all the 900 FAQs registered and approved, but as a TECH account can only find 300 approved FAQs.
The same TECH account, switched to admin type, can find the 900 FAQS, but as soon as i switch the account to TECH the search only finds 300 FAQS.
The WHD version is 12.7.7 - Build #22.214.171.12488.
Please help me with my issue.
