Hi,

I have the following error when updating and saving tickets. Can anyone shed some light into this and how I can possibly get this resolved?

The key thing being reported here is " 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by ........."

This is a space issue with your SQL Server not a WHD issue, consult whoever looks after this for you.
