Task corruption

Has anyone had any issues with tasks randomly being corrupted?

I have a daily task that creates 10 prepopulated tickets.  A couple of days ago I got a call for a tech to say the tickets hadnt been created, when I checked, WebHelpdesk had generated 29 blank tickets instead of the normal 10 populated tickets..

When I checked the task itself, all of the ticket details were blank, and there were 29 entries intead of 10.

I've had a couple of issues with it generating blank tickets in the past, so Im not really sure whats going on.

Im the onl yone with access to edit the task, so it cant be down to someone editing it.

Anyone had a similar issue?
