12.7.6 Release Date

apart from this issue there is also a problem with the special characters used in Spanish language which generates a problem when extracting the surveys and presenting any information in Spanish language that contains these characters... we were asked the same as you to see if they will give us a release date for this version.

SolarWinds typically does not set a release date for any product that they announce to the public.  This year there were some exceptions, but under normal circumstances, they release the product updates when they think they are ready. 

How about a road map then?

It probably would have been better if the post where SolarWinds updated the road map were actually a new post, but they did update this post with the latest in the road map for 12.7.6

That would mean there is actually a plan for this product.  LOL

Hello, since we updated WHD to version 12.7.4 (also in 12.7.5) the characters used in the Spanish language are failing for example the letter "ñ", the accents used in words like (colaboración, acción, sesión) are also failing because of the character " ´ ", the sign to open a question "¿" is also part of the failure, also the words that have umlauts " ¨ " like (pingüino or ambigüedad).
It has really become a headache, failure in the administration and presentation of surveys, also when exporting files in TSV.
Anyone else with this problem? Do you know how to fix it?

Upgrade to WHD12.7.6 as this seems resolved as per the Release Notes
