We recently upgraded to 12.7.4 and have found that Clients can no longer see notes from linked child tickets when viewing them in the Client history tab. I have confirmed that the note in the child ticket was selected to be shared with the Parent ticket, the same client is listed under the parent and child ticket. Example: In the Tech view, I see that the parent ticket has both the parent notes and the child notes. In the Client view, I can only see the notes that were added in the parent ticket, not those that came from the child ticket.
