Problem editing Ticket Priority

I have 4 tech's out of 37 who cannot edit their ticket priority.  It is grayed out.  All other tech are able to edit this field.  Any thoughts?

  • So I went in an checked the default permissions and it was actually set with Change priority NOT enabled for everyone.  So the real question was, how come everyone else but those 4 could change the priority.  Anyway I changed it for the default group and now the 4 are fixed!  Thanks for your help!
