I was having an issue where I had some duplicate clients so I did a quick Google search, for some reason given my years of not finding answers this way. To my surprise, I found an answer, on the first page even! The below support page is what came up.
I haven't run this yet so I can't confirm how it works or not. But it's existence and in this convoluted, hidden way make me wonder. Why isn't this just a UI option like merging tickets? What other powerful, time-saving, tools are out there without us knowing of them?
