WHD 12.6 has shipped and we're hard at work building the next release.  Here's what we're working on, in no particular order:

  • iOS Application updates (create Ticket, re-assign ticket)
  • Modern authentication support for WHD with Office 365
  • Client UI Re-Work - Next Gen UI (as recently performed on Dashboards)
  • Defect Fixes

  • As a mature product that satisfies the needs of most customers, the release cycle for this product will likely be slower than that of other products who are more quickly evolving. Our release cycles might be anywhere between 9 to 18 months depending on the number and complexity of the releases being added.

So, this means you going to reduce out annual support cost? Correct?  For me logic says, if you are doing less, you should charge us less.

Very disappointing to see this statement, I have already felt over the last year or more that Solarwinds has forgotten about WHD, I guess I should appreciate the the honesty.
