Users stuck in the loop asked to update profile

Hi,

We are running WHD 12.7 on Centos7 /Postgress db.   In last few days we are getting reports that some users who try to open support tickets, They get prompted to update their profile and and get thrown in a loop.   Not sure what's causing this behavior.

    Go to your client settings and change Location and Room so that they are not required.

    There is a bug up to and including 12.7.4.85 that if a client field is required and the Room selected can not be saved due to a bug then it loops you back to the profile tab again.

    You also might want to look at other client required fields and make then just editable, until a fix has come out.
