When a child ticket is created, the individual who created the action rule for that child ticket appears in the "Created By" field of the child ticket. This same name also appears in the "Reporter" field of the email notification sent to the Technician. Is there a way to change this? I reviewed the options in the action rules, however it only gives me the option to assign a Client to child tickets. I don't see an option to change the Created By name.
