We’re happy to announce the general availability of SolarWinds® Web Help Desk 12.7.9. This release addresses customer reported bugs and enhancements.
In addition to improving overall security posture of SolarWinds Web Help Desk and upgrading some software components, one of the key highlights of this release is an increase to the Web Help Desk task checklist limit from 10 to 30. Web Help Desk checklists help technicians ensure that all tasks in a ticket are completed before the ticket is closed. The ability to add more tasks to a ticket ensures all necessary steps are documented for governance purposes.
