We’re happy to announce the general availability of SolarWinds^® Web Help Desk 12.7.9. This release addresses customer reported bugs and enhancements.

In addition to improving overall security posture of SolarWinds Web Help Deskand upgrading some software components, one of the key highlights of this release is an increase to the Web Help Desk task checklist limit from 10 to 30. Web Help Desk checklists help technicians ensure that all tasks in a ticket are completed before the ticket is closed. The ability to add more tasks to a ticket ensures all necessary steps are documented for governance purposes.

Why not make the number of check list item unlimited? I don't understand what increasing the limit to 30 would do. Just get rid of the limit altogether.

The screen-print above is a little misleading showing "Create Checklist Template" which has not changed whereas it has changed on the Ticket which already has a Template attached but that is called "Edit Template"
