We’re happy to announce the general availability of SolarWinds® Web Help Desk 12.7.11.
This update provides enhancements, bug fixes, and important security updates for your SolarWinds Web Help Desk software. This release also includes Apache Tomcat upgrade to 9.0.68 and PostgreSQL to v13.9. Also, updated Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) provides additional enhancements to further harden the application.

In this release, we also ensure that Clients with an unverified email address can no longer create a ticket using the Web Help Desk API. We have confirmed that Ticket note text now wraps correctly in the Notes box. Also, when you enter an email address in the Ticket Details tab > Recipients > Cc field, Web Help Desk now verifies the email address format before sending a ticket email. This enhancement improves the agent’s experience and increases their efficiency.
