We’re happy to announce the general availability of SolarWinds® Web Help Desk 12.7.10.
This update provides feature enhancements, bug fixes, and important security updates for your SolarWinds Web Help Desk software. This version also extends the support for additional and upgraded operating systems and databases. See here for details.
In this release, we are now adding the ability to add up to 30 checklist items in a checklist template and each checklist item can now support up to 100 English characters. In addition, and by popular demand, you can now easily reorder the checklist items in the template or ticket by dragging and dropping each item instead of recreating the checklist in the right order. This enhancement improves the agent’s experience and increases their efficiency.
