Cisco have implemented a new feature for CUBE called VOIP Trace. Previously, looking at call data involved using Wireshark to gather data, it was very difficult to differentiate between calls. With VOIP Trace the CUBE stores call data in a much more manageable way. You can now query the logs for individual calls with commands in a sensible format. The down side is that you can only do this on the CUBE itself.
I'd love to see Solarwinds integration for this that could allow admins to search VOIP traffic. This feature would also make it easy to show data on graphs in PerfMon for statistics. Being able to search for specific calls in a web UI could also be beneficial to end users, especially in our scenario where calls are being handled by clinical teams and routinely need to be reviewed.
