Cisco Call Manager >12.5 Compatibility

Just wondering if anyone has a CUCM version higher then 12.5 with VNQM?

Needing to upgrade to 12.5(1)SU5 however Solarwinds documentation only states up to 12.5. Logged a case and developers feedback was "they cannot able to confirm yet since this not been tested. However, in general this CUCM 12.5(1)SU5"

So with the above in mind, just wondering if anyone has any experience etc.

  • I'm new to VoIP and VNQM, but apparently we had success with CUCM v14 originally. However it stopped working when we moved to v14CU1 (failed login). Support has simply indicated that they only support up to v12.5, although it has taken a lot of back and forth before we received that answer. It seems they have fallen behind in their CUCM support, and they have not provided any timeline when it may be resolved.
