Alcatel 4400 PCX

Anyone out there monitoring Alcatel 4400 PCXs with IP SLA Mgr. and/or NPM?

I'd like to compensate for whatever functionality I've lost using IP SLA Mgr. with non-Cisco telcom devices. Any insight, tips or suggestions as to what you're doing and how you did it would be greatly appreciated.
