Provide chargeback reporting in Orion similar to what is available on the VMAN appliance.

  • While not as full-feaured as having the fully integrated chargeback feature, serena​ gave me the idea to  make a 'custom property' of department code.  Unlike the old VMAN labels, these custom properties are accessible in SQL.  Now I can easily have the VM counts and sums of CPU,RAM, and storage broken out across department in our custom enterprise dashboard in SQL reporting services.  Just join the virtualmachinescustomproperties table to the virtualmachines table.
