VM's not populated after re-adding Vcenter

I am trying to re-add the Vcenter to Solarwinds VMAN HF3. The Vcenter is added successfully but it displays Unknown Machine type. Also the VM's are not populated under the Vcenter.

I have this exact same problem. vCenter was in Solarwinds monitoring and worked. Removed vCenter, then added it back. Credentials passed. Now, the status and machine type now show as 'unknown', so almost like SW doesn't know it's a vCenter. Also, the ESXi servers do not show up.
