What reports are running, who is running them and frequency? Need to develop customer list.

I want to develop a customer list of the people who run reports on SolarWinds. We are running 2019.4 and moving towards 2020.2.

Obviously, I only have access to Web based reporting. I saw a thread from a decade ago that described using IIS to identify the User - but not the report.

The goal would be to identify the user(s) and what report(s) they run (with timestamp). If possible, consolidate reports so their time running reports is more efficient.

Unless someone else chimes in, I think you might be stuck with IIS giving the details on url access (for the report) and user. I know this does not help you much, but I do not recall audit events for who viewed a report.

rgr - that's all I'm seeing now.
can't believe there isn't some tracking in this regard ... hope the IIS logs are detailed enough.

Did you have any luck with this? I'm keen to understand if this is possible.

Running reports can have a big impact to performance so it really make sense for some form of audit to be logged for such activities.
