Max Percent Utilized?

When looking at Interface Traffic History in the report builder or the Orion.NPM.InterfaceTraffic table in SWQL studio, there are min, max, avg values for bps and packets. But for PercentUtil there is just one value...no min, max, or avg. What does this one PercentUtil value represent for each DateTime? And where can you find max Percent util?

I divided the min, max, and avg values by the bandwidth to determine that something like InPercentUtil is really InPercentUtilAvgerage. Why not call it that? The Min and Max have to be computed.
