I am currently using Solarwinds Application Monitor. I have little to no SQL experience.
Management is asking for two monthly Uptime (availability) reports which shows the Uptime of the servers during business hours and a second report showing uptime during non-working hours. In addition the reports should highlight the Priority of the servers. I have created a custom field and have ranked the servers based on High, Medium and Low priority. I need help building the report to show the Average Uptime at the end of each month during business and non business hours. Using the web based report I am able to capture the node name, uptime % by node and priority however I am not sure how to gather the information for time of day. Business hours are 8:00 to 4:30. Can someone please help me with this request?
