Python SSL error while connecting

I am getting an error while connecting with Python:

Please suggest what can be done to overcome this issue

  • so I gave up on it and returned to it again today as I don't have Windows machine anymore. On Windows this was not an issue and on Mac this is still an issue even after doing what you suggested. It could mean that there is some problem with my internal Mac machine, but not able to identify what it could be.
