(Re)install "old" Orion platform with latest hotfix ?

Hi guys, 

I have a "difficult" ticket opened (#01160736) and I want to test a complete uninstall/reinstall of the MPE.

I'm currently in 2020.2.6 HF3 and I wonder if I can use the 2020.2.6 HF5 installer and then point to my database in config wizard.

As it is not considered as an upgrade, which version will be displayed ?

To prevent future question, I want to stay in 2020.2.6 HF3 without upgrading

    If you download the 2020.2.6 HF5 installer (online or offline) -- that's what will get installed. No option to install anything older.

    If you want to reinstall with a specific version, you need to download the appropriate offline installer for that version from your customer portal. I think most the offline installers are updated with the latest hotfixes though... You may be able to reach out to SolarWinds Support to ask for a direct download of the 2020.2.6 HF3 version you need.
