SolarWinds NPM Interface pages goes Unresponsive for nearly 2 to 3 mins

Having the same issue, I also made a case with Solarwinds and their response was to add more memory and CPU even though we have plenty to spare.

Losing trust in SW support team more and more.

Unresponsive issue has been resolved, a specific resource in the interface page was malfunctioning, removing and re-adding the resource fixed the issue. SW tech support assisted to find out the cause, to mention Akeel Taj from support team really did some due diligence on this case . 

Thank you, I'll try and get hold of Akeel Taj and see if they can figure out whats making our site unresponsive as well

martin.lkab, the issue you are talking about; is it with just one View/dashboard or across the whole web console?

For sarathi_rangan the issue was specific to the Interface Details view and we were able to identify and fix it. If the issue is across the whole web console, I'm afraid it could be due to performance issues.

We are facing the same issue only on the Manage alert page. tried to restart SQL and SOlarwind services but nothing can resolve the issue. CPU utilization is at 4% while memory is using 50% (8GB out of 16GB). for testing, i create a new user with admin rights and this new user is able to open manage alert page, while on admin user manage alert page stuck.
