Could not download product information

Hello,

I'm still new in Solarwinds and has been assigned a task to update/upgrade my Solarwinds deployment from version 2020.2.4 to 2020.2.6
While checking in My Orion Deployment --> Updates & Evaluations --> Upgrade or Eval now, the page shows the error below

Can anyone highlight me on how to resolve this issue?

What version are you running? After navigating to the license manager has the URL offline=true at the end?

Orion Platform HF1, SRM, NPM, DPAIM, NTA, VMAN HF1, UDT, SAM HF1: 2020.2.5

No, I have not the offline=true in the URL

I have disabled the windows firewall, and testing all address in the article 'Orion URLs for Firewall Whitelisting'

I have two environement. In the environement in version 2020.2.4 the update is available

The Product Catalog specifically comes from downloads.solarwinds.com. If you go to that URL from the Orion server, you should receive a very simple text message 'Not found'. If you receive a timeout or other error, then there is likely something in between that is preventing access to that URL.

Hello,

If test the URL downloads.solarwinds.com in my two environnement I receive a error 404.

I don't understand why with the 404 error the environnement in version 2020.2.4 works and the environnement in version 2020.2.5 does not works

With Internet explorer, error 404, but with google chrome is Ok (Text message : Not found) ...

After applying the solution of aLTeRego, the solarwinds administration service was no present.
I reinstalled the service (With SWA-2020.2.5.269-AdministrationService.msi) and it fixed my issue
