Unexpected Website Error 2020.2.5

Hi guys,

I'm getting an error as Unexpected Website Error when trying to view a Nexus Switch.this issue was fixed on version 2020.2.2 but after upgrading to version 2020.2.5. it' looks like it's back.

If you click on a nexus node it will hang for about 2 minutes then display an message stating Unexpected Website Error. Request timed out.

Is there anyone else having the same issue ? is it a bug in the 2020.2.5 or any workaround?

It's my guess that there is some widget on that page that is causing the failure. You should be able to test this theory easily by going to Views by Device Type and changing the view for this make/model…

We have faced a similar issue once where one of the pages was giving time out. It was due to an IPSLA dashboard widget in that page which was actually causing the error. Once the widget was removed we were able to access the page. From the error details we were able to identify that IPSLA widget was causing the error. Please check the error details if any.
