How to troubleshoot on the below errors , need help .
Steps performed : Restart of Orion Module engine and all the services , didn't fix anything.
What version are you running?
Also, have you ever been asked to disable RabbitMQ in the past for any reason you can recall?
What errors are you seeing in the Windows Event Log of the Orion server? Both for the Application and SolarWinds event logs specifically?
Aside from these messages, what other symptoms are you seeing? E.G. what's not working?

We faced the same errors in my environment. we did a same processor restarted the services and rebooted all polling engines alsoBut still issue there.we follow the below troubleshooting for deployment health errors . Please test one of the polling engine your environment and test it.
> Please stop the all McAfee services in one of your polling engine
> after that restart the application services in respective polling engine
> finally kindly check the deployment health errors.
> you can start the McAfee services on that server.
> if this type trouble shooting successful for one polling engine. please proceed rest of Polling engines also.
Note : I believed Above agent errors due to Anti Virus is causing the AgentManagementService to fail.
