Support troubles?

Anyone else been having some issues with SolarWinds support? It seems the latest few releases have been rushed, I'm guessing due to security fixes, but have been riddled with random bugs. Calling into support seems to be a weird loop since they have to pass the case to the dev group which doesn't seem to care about getting them resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Recently in a "system down" state and being told the development group needs to review the case which are over in Europe.
