Hope I can enlist the aid from the community out there please.
We are looking to setup an alert so that if it triggers during e.g. 07:01 to 17:59, it sends an snmp trap to our case management system going to team A, however outside that from 18:00 to 07:00 it goes to team B.
Am aware of the - Time of Day - tab in the alert, however this only controls when it applies or not.
The way I'm thinking is creating 2 of the same alert, and setting - Time of Day - so during the timeframe it applies to team A, outside its not applied, and the other alert is, and directs to team B and vice versa. This however feels clunky, can it be done in 1 alert?
