Looking for help on customizing an out of box VMAN alert for low disk space

I'd like some assistance in customizing the out-of-box alert for "VM disk nearly full" to only report on a specific group that's been created or a few specific vm's. As it's triggered it would email a distro (this part is easy!) Any links, previous threads, or code examples would be greatly appreciated!

The easiest thing to do would be to create a "Yes/No" custom property and assign a Yes value to the appropriate Volumes. Then set up the alert to apply only to those volumes with that Yes value.
