IPAM alert can not be denied or accepted

A user that had access to our Orion platform left and his IPAM request is still triggering in our alerts. I can't deny or accept the request. When I click on "object that triggered this alert" it takes me to a 404 page. The user account was added via AD. Anyone have any experiences with this, and how to fix it?
